Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Weburex Technologies website. By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About our services
Weburex Technologies offers website and WordPress development, eCommerce development, search engine optimisation (SEO), digital marketing, social media management, UI/UX and graphic design, web applications and automation. The exact services, deliverables and scope for any project are agreed separately with the client.
2. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting a contact form is a request for information, not a binding contract or a guarantee that we will accept the project. Any estimate or proposal is subject to its stated assumptions, scope, timeline, exclusions and validity period. Work begins only after the relevant scope and commercial terms have been accepted by both parties.
3. Pricing and payment
Pricing is provided as a custom quote based on the project requirements. Unless expressly agreed in writing, website prices shown or discussed are not a promise of fixed ongoing or monthly pricing. Payment milestones, taxes, third-party costs, renewals and any ongoing support will be specified in the applicable proposal or agreement.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, approvals and materials you have the right to use. Delays in receiving content, access or approvals may affect delivery dates. You must not ask us to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or otherwise prohibited content.
5. Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before a project. Ownership or usage rights for project-specific deliverables, source files, licensed assets and third-party software will be set out in the written proposal or agreement. Third-party tools, themes, plugins, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
6. Project changes and acceptance
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate, timeline or written change approval. The client is responsible for reviewing deliverables and reporting issues within any review period agreed for the project.
7. Third-party services and results
Projects may depend on hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, advertising platforms, social networks, search engines or other third-party services. Their availability, policies and performance are outside our direct control. SEO rankings, traffic, sales, advertising performance and other business outcomes depend on many factors; we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, revenue or results.
8. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation or use its content unlawfully. Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Any liability relating to paid work will be governed by the relevant project agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Privacy
Information submitted through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are subject to applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or forums as determined under applicable law. For questions, contact Contact@weburex.in or +91 98211 66385.
